New Development Department Promotes ACEX Representatives
Theater starts in a cloackroom and the organization that provides competitive services, from the development department. Customers’ attraction is an important part of a successful business that is why ACEX opened the new department with the primary task to find target customers for all alliance members.
Vasily Valus and Evgeny Rastopchin, the project managers of the department, have been in sales of logistics services for many years.
One of the first tasks of the new department is a detailed learning of the specificity and features of the Alliance companies’ business processes to identify the target client. Visiting partners in the regions, working together at industry events and joint meetings with customers are planned for the near future.
“We already participated in «TransLogistics St. Petersburg» exhibition, when the joint work with ACEX representative in this region Darya Apasova was organized. Besides, we are going to hold meetings with partners represented in St. Petersburg,” Vasiliy Valus says.
The direct sales is a necessary part , therefore the work plan of the department includes calls, visiting production customers, studying the product and offering cooperation options for various industries.
Accreditation in the REC export center was successful, and ACEX has regularly received requests for transportation from Russian exporters since last spring. Nowadays, several contracts with exporters have already been signed, the service for which will be provided by ACEX representative in Novorossiysk – BSS Company.
Representatives of the development department:
Vasily Valus - project manager of the department, a graduate of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in specialty Customs manager. Professional experience in sales - 4 years. Movement, searching, communication, new acquaintances, fresh thinking - all these parts motivate him in his work.
Evgeny Rastopchin - project Manager of the development department, he has the professional experience in the banking sector and more than 4 years in logistics in ACEX.
Elena Egutkina is a graduate of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and the Moscow State University in specialty PR Manager. The professional experience in sales - about a year. Elena likes to communicate with clients, find out their needs, offer alternative options, and also meet in person.
Sergey Nikitin is a graduate of the Institute of Business Career in specialty Organization management. The professional experience in sales - 7 months. Working with clients, communication, stability and new knowledge are factors that attract Sergey in the work in ACEX.
Pavel Salkovsky - a graduate of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University (KSAU) with a degree in financial management. Professional experience in sales - about 8 years. ACEX allows Pavel to develop in the new sphere - international logistics. Before it, he was faced with the transportation of goods, but only here he could get such a great experience.
